No refunds, unless I haven't started on your request, or if dire emergencies arise where I will be physically unable to finish the request.

All commissioned pieces will be delivered digitally. This means no physical product will be shipped to you.

At least one clear character or concept image reference must be provided, unless the request includes design work.

By default, 3 major updates shall be given for your feedback. (Sketch -> Linework -> Coloring stages). The process and turnaround time may differ depending on the request details.

Both minor and major revisions are free during the Sketch stage. Major revisions on later update stages will incur an additional fee. On cases where I am at fault, the revision will be free. (e.g. A client with their character having green eyes in their reference, but I colored them brown)

Please be mindful when requesting for revisions. Deadlines may be extended depending of the nature and difficulty of the revision.

Completed commissions may be posted on my own platforms. Please inform me if the project needs to be temporarily kept secret.

For Live2D art requests, the .PSD file will be sent to the client's rigger.

For Live2D rig requests, only the trackable model files are given. I do not share the editable .cmo3 file.

I do not allow the reselling of (1) illustrations commissioned for personal use and (2) Live2D models.
